Adrienne Fisher

Adrienne’s love for real estate and design began with an appreciation for local homes and architecture, and has been heavily influenced by international travels and experiences. After living in Paris and graduating from the University of Kansas with degrees in Journalism and Art History, she moved back to Kansas City in 2006. She has a photography and graphic design background, and prior to real estate, she worked in project management in the advertising industry. These experiences add tremendous value to our clients as we work to market and manage the steps of home selling and buying from start to finish. Adrienne is an advocate for good communication, authenticity, strong relationships and positivity. She is a true extrovert and her attention to detail, creativity and leadership help clients understand every step of the process, while making it fun and personalized.

Adrienne lives with her husband, Chris, and two kids, Kathryn and Auggie, in the Brookside/Loose Park area, minutes from her childhood home. She loves travel, fashion, art, staying active, good food and Champagne.

Amy Hiles

Amy’s love of real estate, architecture and renovation began in the Victorian era small Kansas town where she grew up, and her enthusiasm for homes and design continued to grow as she moved and traveled. Amy originally moved to the Kansas City area in 1994 to pursue a nursing degree at the University of Kansas and during her time in KC she has enjoyed living and working on both sides of the state line. After moving away for several years, Amy and her family happily returned to Kansas City in 2015. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, she had a career as a Nurse Practitioner and faculty member at the University of Virginia. These experiences in care and education serve our clients well, as Amy is committed to tailoring the process for each individual client from communication to education, as clients progress through the home selling and buying processes. Her honesty, enthusiasm, generosity and creative problem solving help build and maintain strong relationships.

Amy lives with her husband, Travis, and three kids, Henry, Daniel and Rebecca, in the South Plaza near Loose Park. She loves reading, travel, time with her family, the National Parks and her two golden retrievers.

Alice Kennedy & Carrie Zerillo

Alice is originally from Prairie View, AR and moved to Kansas City to pursue a degree in Accounting from Avila University. She has been working as a licensed REALTOR® for the past 15 years, and is a skilled Transaction Coordinator. She loves working with agents and clients to create a smooth transaction for all parties. Her background in accounting, coupled with her experience as a real estate agent, has proven beneficial, due to her knowledge of residential contracts along with her attention to detail and numbers. When she is not processing contracts she enjoys playing golf, cooking and traveling with her husband.

Carrie’s passion for real estate began during the purchase of her first home. Originally from IL, Carrie moved to Kansas City after graduating from the University of Kansas. In 2015, in addition to working with her own clients, Carrie started assisting other agents with transaction management. Reaching her 20 year milestone as a licensed REALTOR®, she has great command of the home buying/selling process, contract expertise and flexibility to multitask and manage communications. Carrie lives in Waldo with her husband Mike, daughter Anna and Golden Retriever Ruby. She is a Missouri Master Naturalist, proud KCPS parent and novice Hula Hooper. Her best day is spent floating on the Ozark Scenic Riverways with friends and family.
